About Me
I’ve been coaching a variety of endurance athletes for over 10 years. I hold degrees in physiology and sports nutrition, and I'm an active competitor in the sports I coach. I race at a high level in self-supported ultra cycling, ski mountaineering racing, and gravel and mountain bike racing. I coach because I think movement in the mountains is deeply meaningful. Not just the performance, but what it means to train with intention.
